To change passwords from within the OX App mail client, log in to the webmail through your browser here :
You will need to connect your OX App to a device
- Please refer to the 'Connect Your Device' Wizard in App Suite. You can find it under your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your App Suite Webmail interface. (Follow the instructions to connect your device)
- After connecting your device, click the 3 horizontal bars in the top left corner (screenshot Below).
- Click the Settings menu (See Screenshot)
- Click the Security menu tab to pull up more cascading options i.e. "Security & Privacy" section then you can sign out your email from all devices. (See screenshot)
- To change the password for your email, you will need to select the "Application Passwords" menu from under the "Security & Privacy" section (See Screenshot)
- Finally, select the application in which you need your password changed, this will be the application used while connecting your device in Step 1
- The password for your OX App email will be changed and a new password displayed for your records.
