As a policy our cPanel email accounts cannot exceed 1GB limit of space - this cuts across all our web hosting packages.
The web hosting disk space we advertise is intended only for website files (files from your hosted websites) and does not include email space or media files/ backup storage.
If you need more email disk space/storage we can recommend premium email hosting services such as Gsuite. e.t.c
Also we frequently advise all our customers not to utilize the available web hosting disk space for storage of any kind as our servers will automatically delete such uploads.
