Beginning 9th August 2024, we have retried all free domain offers for .COM TLDs; customers will now have to pay for these domains when ordering and renewing all shared hosting packages.
This new change will affect all customers who are subscribed to GoLive Basic, GoLive Standard & GoLive Advanced shared hosting packages.
We previously offered free domain registration/transfers for .com TLD extensions - this offer was available only at the first point of making an order and continues to remain free if the package is renewed before its expiry date.
Free domain is now only available for .INFO TLDs (WWW.YOURDOMAIN.INFO) at the first point of order and will continue to remain free if HOSTING package is renewed before expiration.
We understand this may come as a surprise to our existing loyal customers who have benefitted from this offer over the last 10 years, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause towards your business - Please endeavour to make price changes as required to enable you to create a buffer in your upcoming renewal expenses.
