GoLive Downtime Maintenance and upgrade activity Window – FRIDAY SEP 1, 2023 at 7:45pm - SAT SEP 2, 7 AM EDT (UTC/GMT -4)
GoLive Naija's Technology infrastructure team will be performing various maintenance and upgrade activities which requires major shut down of our main portal (golivenaija.com). The downtime-maintenance window is Friday, September 1, 2023, from 7:45 PM to Saturday, September 2, 2023, 5:00 AM, EDT (GMT-4). This is approximately a 12 hour downtime window.
IMPACT ON YOUR SERVICE
This maintenance applies to all shared hosting accounts i.e. GoLive Special, GoLive Basic, GoLive Standard and GoLive Advanced packages. There will be no severe impact on all our customers website files and email, however customers will not have access to the main portal (golivenaija.com) and not be able to login to the client-area to view and manage all products and services, you will also experience intermittent downtime during DNS propagation after the 12 hour window but should not be more than 24hours before resolution is completed.

This is part of our big step to providing improved services to all customers.

Risk: (Severe) – There will be a total shut down on our major portal (golivenaija.com), all activities relating to customer's client area will be unavailable during the 12 hour window, however all customer services and products will be available; customer websites and services will not be included in this downtime.
